Terms & Conditions — 365cae Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 365cae ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform is operated for the entertainment of eligible adult users and is accessible to registered members in Bangladesh and other permitted territories. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

365cae provides an online betting and casino entertainment platform offering sports wagering, live casino games, slot titles, crash games, and related gaming content. All services are provided on a "best efforts" basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any service feature at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 365cae website located at 365cae.app, including all sub-pages, features, tools, and services accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded by the Company under a specific promotional offer.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, represented by the symbol ৳.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that the Company may require Players to complete before processing withdrawals or at any other time.

2. Registration and Account Opening

To access any real-money feature of the 365cae Platform, you must register an Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform. By submitting a registration form, you confirm that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by law, and that you are accessing the Platform on a strictly personal, non-commercial basis.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

The 365cae Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited from registering an Account or using any feature of the Platform. The Company takes underage gambling seriously and employs verification checks at registration and at subsequent intervals. Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended pending satisfactory verification. If verification confirms the Player is underage, the Account will be permanently closed and any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method without interest.

In addition to the age requirement, you must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, and you must not be accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or as a professional gambler acting in a commercial capacity unless expressly permitted by separate written agreement with the Company.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 365cae Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance after successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer).
• The Company does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. The Company may request a copy of your national identification card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document before releasing funds.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and may be subject to delays during periods of high transaction volume, maintenance, or regulatory review.
• The Company reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation, the Company may freeze Account funds pending investigation. Any funds linked to fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

365cae offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific bonus terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already opted into an active promotion will continue to receive the originally stated terms for the remaining duration of that promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on the 365cae Platform are subject to the specific Game Rules applicable to each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant Game Rules before placing a bet. The Company will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to understand applicable Game Rules.

The Company reserves the right to void, cancel, or refuse any bet or wager that it reasonably believes to have been placed in error, in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or where a technical malfunction has affected the outcome of a game or market. In the event that a technical malfunction results in an incorrect payout, the Company reserves the right to recover the difference from the Player's Account balance. Where the balance is insufficient, the debt is recorded and deducted from future deposits.

For sports betting markets, the Company's settlement decisions are final. Results are determined by reference to official data from the relevant sporting body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a market result, the Company's ruling shall be binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of your use of the 365cae Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform or any game or betting market accessible through it.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The Company collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Company will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A Player is found to have provided false information during registration or KYC.
• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• A Player's activity is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A Player has initiated a chargeback or payment reversal through their payment provider.
• A Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Company is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon closure of an Account for any of the above reasons, the Company may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited. Players whose accounts are closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure) will receive their remaining real-money balance via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 365cae Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to the Company's support team at [email protected] for resolution. The Company will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies applicable to the Company's operating structure.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. 14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Game Rules and promotional bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the 365cae Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
